Color: Due to the variation of dye lot, it is possible to have variations between colors on the catalog and the actual product. We do our best to match your need, but we cannot guarantee the color will be the same from lot to lot.

Stock Availability: To find out the current stock availability, please contact our sales department.

Placing an Order: Currently we accept orders through telephone, mail, and fax. Please include your company name, purchasing agent, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, purchase order number (if any), payment method, and product quantities.

Minimum Order: To better serve our customer, we do not require a minimum order. However, for order consists only samples, we only accept non-refundable prepayment, and the shipment cannot be returned.


As a wholesaler, U.S. Crownco supplies goods and services to customers in wholesale quantity. Therefore, we sell our goods in 2-dozen increment per style per color, unless specified otherwise in the product page. The price shown at the product page is per dozen, with per piece price shown in the parenthesis for your convenience.

A Sample is defined as any loose piece that is less than the next 2-dozen increment. For example, an order of 38 pcs. 686-156 will be broken down to 2 dozens plus 14 pc. samples. In this case, we encourage our customer to order 4 dozens instead: the product price would be cheaper for 4 dozens than 38 pieces.

Tax: We charge 8.25% TX state tax for customers conducting businesses in the state of Texas without Texas Limited Sales Tax Permit Number ("Resale ID"). We must receive a signed copy of Texas Sales Tax Resale Certificate prior to your first purchase. Otherwise we must charge you the tax, no exception. Follow this link to print out the form. Either fax it or mail it to us to complete the process.


Shipping method: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise at the time of order. UPS Air is also available with prepayment of the order. Same day shipping if ordered by 2:30pm Central Time. Please note that UPS rules and regulations apply for all shipments, and it is buyer's responsibility to advice U.S. Crownco of any address change.

Third-party shipment: With prepayment only.

Returns: Return authorization is required within 5 days after receipts of the shipments. We will accept no returns after 30 days of Invoice date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will charge refusals with restocking fee and freight involved. Charges must be paid before next shipment. We will accept no returns that merchandise have altered.

C.O.D.: Certified check or money order only.
